Orthodontics is an investment. But there are a few ways to spread the cost, and our treatment coordinator will go through all of them with you at your consultation - before you commit to anything.

Pay monthly with 0% finance

Spread the cost through Chrysalis Finance with no interest to pay. Deposits start from £500, with the balance divided across your chosen term. Applying takes a few minutes and you will usually have a decision the same day. Acceptance is subject to credit status.

Pay in full and save 5%

If you would rather settle in one go, you will receive 5% off the total cost of your treatment.

Pay directly with us

We also run payment plans in-house, which can suit people for whom third-party finance is not the right fit. Ask our treatment coordinator at your consultation.

What is included in the treatment price?
All treatment fees include your full orthodontic care from start to finish - your fitting appointment, all adjustment visits throughout your treatment, and your debond appointment when your braces or aligners are removed. We also monitor your results for 12 months post-treatment and will correct any retainer issues free of charge during that period.
Your new patient consultation lasts approximately 90 minutes and is a three-part appointment. You will first see one of our orthodontic therapists who takes measurements, a 3D scan and an X-ray if needed. You will then see your orthodontist, who reviews everything and discusses your options. Finally, you will meet our treatment coordinator, who goes through pricing, payment options and answers any questions. Everything is done on the same day so you leave with a clear picture of your options and costs.
No - and the free screening is for 10 to 17 year olds only. It is a shorter, no-obligation appointment with our orthodontic therapist and then a treatment coordinator. It gives you a chance to see the practice and understand what’s possible before committing to a paid consultation. Adults start with the £150 new patient consultation.
We offer 0% interest-free finance through Chrysalis Finance, meaning you pay back exactly what you borrowed with no added interest. You can start treatment with a deposit from £500 and spread the remaining balance over monthly payments. Finance applications are completed in practice with our treatment coordinator - it typically takes around 10 minutes and you’ll know the outcome quickly. Subject to credit approval.
Yes - we offer a 5% discount if you pay for your treatment in full. Ask our treatment coordinator about this when you come in for your consultation.
Orthodontic treatment is personalised, so the exact cost depends on the complexity of your case, the duration of treatment and the type of appliance used. The prices shown are starting figures. You will receive a fixed, confirmed price as part of your consultation - there are no surprises after that point.
Retainers are not included in the treatment fee and are priced separately. Fixed retainers start from £185 per arch, removable retainers from £185, and Vivera retainer sets (three sets) are £750. We will discuss your retainer options as part of your treatment plan so you know the full cost before you commit.
We are a specialist orthodontic practice, which means you are treated by a postgraduate-trained specialist rather than a general dentist who also offers orthodontics. The difference in result quality - particularly for complex cases - can be significant. We are also the only Diamond Apex Invisalign provider in Reading, placing us in the top 1% of providers in Europe. We believe the result you get here justifies the investment, but we are always happy to talk through what is included in our fees if you have been quoted elsewhere.
