The entire team are absolutely wonderful. Everyone has always been friendly and they talk you through the process and exactly what they are doing. From start to finish I have received amazing treatment and I now have the perfect smile (if I do say so myself 😁)

Absolutely first class service from Paula, Ben and the team at Park Lane Orthodontics. My Orthodontist is Paula and she is very knowledgeable and experienced. Paula made me feel 100% confident in the treatment she recommended for me and was very patient, and reassuring, with my many questions and worries! I am over the moon with the results! "I underwent Invisalign treatment between Oct 2017 and Dec 2018 and am now on the consolidation stage of the treatment with retainers and hidden fixed braces, with check ups every 3 months. Special shout out to Vicky, who has been waiting (and gently nudging me to write this review) for a while! I was recommended by a friend. I have since recommended another friend, who has, in turn, recommended to another friend. This is the butt of an internal joke at the practice and really demonstrates the consistency of the quality of service that is delivered, always with a smile and sense of humour. At first I was apprehensive as I had braces on my top set of teeth when I was younger that weren’t successful. The initial interactions with the practice put me at ease straight away. From Gloria and Lorraine on reception, through Vicky, to Ben who took my consultation, everyone is welcoming and charges themselves with making your experience as excellent as possible. The stand-out factor for me is that this is a personalised experience. There is a clear emphasis at consultation stage of understanding the underlying reasons as to why you are not happy with your teeth and the outcomes you want to achieve. The treatment plan is then tailored and designed to meet your needs. You are offered a range of treatments that would work, but you are left in control of choosing the option that is best for you with no pressure applied. The whole process is completely transparent and at the start, you are walked through the results you can expect to achieve. The Invisalign simulation gives you a real idea of the transformation that will take place, and allows you to track your progress as you change sets of Invisalign. Invisalign as a treatment is completely discrete. People will only know you have braces if you tell them (it is difficult to keep quiet about how good it is though). I changed jobs in the middle of my treatment and none of my new colleagues new I had Invisalign until I told them. Check ups are routine throughout your treatment. The team is always delighted to see you and the progress that you are making. The practice is always engaged with how you are doing and how you feel the treatment is progressing. The transformation in my teeth has been incredible. I am now completely confident in my smile - no more insecurities about my teeth as I know they are now the best they can be. The service here is genuinely impeccable. If you’re conscious about your teeth, or simply want to explore what options are available to you, there is no better place. You will get a service that you can’t fault and a team that takes a genuine interest in accompanying you on your journey to reach your perfect smile."

I could not be happier with the treatment I got at Park Lane orthodontics. I started my invisilgn journey in Jan 2021 and its taken me about 18months. I cannot recommend them enough. Ben and his team were first class; professional, friendly, kind and so supportive during my journey. I had to have 7 teeth removed, which made me feel extremely nervous, but Ben put me at ease and supported me the whole way. He answered numerous questions, as did the team and I never felt like I was on the journey alone. Thank you!! I have a smile I love now!

I am now coming to end of my invisalign treatment with Park Lane Orthodontics. I am extremely pleased with the results! "From my late teens my teeth had bothered me, but my passion for rugby and my mother's assurance she would pay for them to be fixed if I was still single at the age of 30 held me back from getting them sorted. When I retired from rugby 18 months ago after successfully securing a wife (despite the teeth) I had run out of excuses. When the team at Park Lane Orthodontics was recommend by my dentist I went along to see what they could offer. I'm not a fan of dentistry and was keen to find an excuse not to get it done, however there were none to be found, from the first meeting and over the next 18 months. Ben and Paula put me at ease about the process. They were open, honest and described the process with the right level of detail. At every appointment I was looked after with exceptional care by all the staff, from the moment I walked through the door to be greeted by the patient advisors from the moment I left. After 3 months I actually looked forward to visiting Park Lane for a coffee (they do excellent coffee) and a catch up with the staff. Appointments were never rushed (lucky as I tend to talk too much) and the staff always took time to explain what they were doing, why it was being done, and the equipment being used to do it. They looked after every aspect of the treatment, both pre and post brace, prepared me for problems I might have and how to deal with them. The teams action's completely de-stress the process. Talking to my friends about it I would describe my journey as ""fun"", and I meant it. The only downside is every 8 weeks your teeth will hurt a bit at wire change time. The result is healthier teeth, more confidence and a beautiful smile, so it's not much of a sacrifice. If you are unhappy with your teeth please pay Park Lane a visit, if only to chat the lovely staff and have a coffee, you never know, you might end up getting your teeth corrected as well! Thank you to all at Park Lane, you have been brilliant."

"Literally could not fault the service, I had my braces for just under 4 years and in that time had several other pieces of work completed along side to help the process. - I knew months in advance what would be happening and the next steps for fixing me a smile - They were always on time, professional and kind - I genuinely felt like my smile was a lost cause but they never stopped working and sure enough even months later I cant stop smiling - The rest of my family in need will certainly be back!"

Unbelievable transformation! Never did I think I would have such a natural gorgeous smile. My before & after photos speak for themselves. Ben and the team have done incredible work over two years. From only having 1 front tooth, overbite & gaps between bottom teeth. To 2 front teeth, symmetry & straight teeth. I am over the moon with my result. Best decision I made. I could not recommend Park Lane highly enough. Every step of the treatment was so professional and all of the staff exceptionally friendly. I particularly liked that there were no hidden costs and the price remained the same regardless of any extra appointments needed. My experience with Park Lane Orthodontics was perfect! Every member of staff was so friendly and always ready to help. I was fully informed about every step of my care plan, knowing exactly what was to be undertaken in every appointment. I was made to feel completely comfortable at each step and my smile has turned out totally how I wanted it to. Their service was impeccable and I will surely return in the future if need be!
